My husband and my son both suffer from mouth ulcers. They have consulted with doctors and dentists and were given the usual advice - reduce stress, keep healthy, avoid certain foods etc. We chanced on Squigle Enamel Saver Toothpaste while googling for help and they have not used any other toothpaste since. They still have the occasional mouth ulcers but certainly less frequently. It has been such a relief. Absolutely recommend this toothpaste. (Posted on 10/04/12)

I used to get mouth ulcers all the time (multiple times a month). Since using Squigle toothpaste, I've found that I only rarely get mouth ulcers and that they heal much more quickly than before. I would recommend Squigle to anyone who gets mouth ulcers. (Posted on 10/04/12)

Pain-free tooth cleaning despite ulcers Review by Libby

I have had mouth ulcers for most of my adult life and found cleaning my teeth to be very painful as the toothpaste irritated the ulcers. Horrible! I discovered Squigle on the internet and bought some. It has been a huge transformation for me - I can now clean my teeth without pain and irritation even when I have a mouth full of ulcers! This is because Squigle doesn't contain the foaming agent Sodium Lauryl Sulphate used in every other toothpaste. SLS is a real irritant for any gum lesions. Squigle is so good for me that I import it 10 or 12 tubes at a time into NZ. :-) (Posted on 4/04/12)

My daughter has been struggling with ulcers for several months. We've been to a doctor & even done some blood tests with not much result.

I did some research in the Internet & I found out that Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) could be a reason as some people are very senstive to it. Most toothpastes contain SLS as a foaming agent. You can find some other toothpastes without it in Health shops but those pastes do not have fluoride. Squigle is the only tooth paste that I've found free of SLS but still contains fluoride.

Since my daughter started using it ulcers became extremely rare & disappear very quickly without causing too much discomfort.

Gentle but thorough Review by Karina

I used to find brushing my teeth painful, leaving my gums tingling, and tongue sore. Now I use only Squigle to brush and my mouth is in much better shape. It still tastes minty, which I love because it leaves my mouth feeling clean without the pain factor. I suffer from Geographic Tongue and this has definitely calmed that down a bit. I regularly suffered from mouth ulcers and began using Squigle toothpaste 18 months ago. Squigle toothpaste has a very gently formula and I believe it has reduced the frequency of mouth ulcers.
I still get mouth ulcers during/after times of stress and poor sleep, but using this toothpaste definitely helps. (Posted on 27/09/11)
