- All orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post. Please select Regular Post or Express Post at the the checkout.
- Please note that Regular Post can take between 2-10 business days to reach you depending on your location. Express Post usually delivers next day (within the Express Post network).
- Orders outside Australia are sent via Australia Post International Air Mail.Costs and delivery times vary. Please visit Australia Post for further information.

When you create an account, your details will be collected and stored on a secure database. Your details will never be divulged to a third party. If you choose to notify us of you date of birth we may use that information for special birthday offers and so on.
You can access your own details at any time by using your login and password. You may update or edit these details at any time. Any other information you provide such as reviews, testimonials or surveys are used by us and only us to improve our service and website. - Ordering
- To purchase products from Tippy online store, simply click on the 'Add to Cart' button for each product you would like to purchase. This will add your items to your shopping cart. The shopping cart is located on the top left area of the website.
- To check on the the delivery costs for your order, go into the Shopping Cart, select your Country, State and Postcode and click on 'Get a Quote'.
- Now, you can 'Continue Shopping' and add further items to your cart or you can 'Proceed to Checkout'.
- At checkout, Login or Register to create an account. By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.
- Choose your delivery address, shipping method and payment method.
- Review all details of your order then click on 'Place Order'.

- Payment options available are PayPal or Direct Deposit.
- Viewing Orders
- Login and click on 'My Account'. All orders placed under your login are displayed here. You can also 'Reorder' from this page.
- Updating Account Information
